UK Returns
If you need to return your item you must let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will give you a returns authorisation code and full instructions for returning your item. We will not accept items for return without an authorisation code.
Please return your item promptly to ensure we receive it within a further 7 days. We recommend using a guaranteed delivery service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as we cannot give a refund or exchange for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Return postage costs are not refundable.
If you are returning part of your order, a standard delivery charge (£3.95) will be deducted from your refund if the value of the remainder of the order subsequently falls below £100.
Overseas Returns
