Delivery costs

Basically when you email us your order this is what happens at Antoni & Alison:
- We will double check stock for your item.
- (If this is a super urgent purchase, e.g. for a birthday and you need it by a certain date – please email us this info as well so that we can prioritise your order).
- We will prepare the order to send out.
- Deliveries to the UK are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For 1st Class.
- Deliveries to Europe or the Rest of the World are sent by International Signed For 1st Class.
- If you would like your order sent in a different way, i.e. by UPS, then we are happy to do this. Please email us when you place your order and we will let you know the additional delivery cost.
- If, under exceptional circumstances, there is going to be a delay (more than 21 days) we will let you know.
- Once you get the item – and you love it – great – please enjoy it...
We send out our orders twice a week on a Tuesday and a Friday.
In the UK: (depending on the post in your area) your order should arrive with you within 2–7 days of making the order.
For Europe and the Rest of the World: your order should arrive with you within 2–14 days of making the order (but we can't guarantee this – sorry)
